Damon writes frequently on the topic of Agile development and is the author of the web book “Do It Yourself Agile.” He is a pioneer of Multistage Continuous Integration and the practice of combining Scrum with Kanban. Damon has spoken at SD Best Practices, Q-Con, Agile 2008-2011, Agile and Beyond, Agile New England, Agile Eastern Europe, and Agile Development Practices. He has done process consulting with numerous companies including Ford, Polycom, Xerox, Orbitz, Texas Instruments, and Verizon Wireless and trained hundreds of people. He is the founder of AccuRev where he created multiple Jolt Award winning products including AccuRev and AccuWorkflow. He earned his BS in Computer Science at the University of Vermont in 1987.
