I was in meeting today about the prioritization of work requests and I've been thinking that maybe we should add a Bang-for-the-Buck or ROI score to each request. Maybe on a scale from 1-10. Not completely scientific but possibly a good way to prioritize the work. Always do the highest BftB work first.
