But if you ask me, you missed the most important part of Agile which is the social aspect of team dynamics. Yes Agile advocates short, uninterrupted iterations, delivering early and often and most importantly deliver customer value first.<BR/><BR/>If you throw all the above out the window and go back to using some sort of ‘Gated’ (ie waterfall) mythology you still will not survive without the correct team dynamics. Agile advocates items such as ‘team before individual’ and ‘people before processes. <BR/><BR/>What is Team before Individual?<BR/>Quite simply, the teams’ needs outweigh the needs of any individual on the team.<BR/><BR/>What is People before Process?<BR/>Create a team of professional that work together as a team towards a common goal.
